At Bayla, we’re sure you’ll fall in love with our skintastic superheroes as much as we do. But sometimes things don’t always go according to plan. But, we have an easy, no-fuss refund policy if you're displeased with our product.

We accept returns of our products only in the case of physical defects or damage while it’s being delivered from our lab to your doorstep. Please send us an email with a photo of the incorrect or damaged product within the given time frame for us to accept your request.

If you're unhappy with all parts of your order, drop in an email to us within 48 hours of receiving the products on our customer care helpline with your concern and personal information including your address. (attach email id)

Please note that we don't take back our superheroes if the seal is broken or if you've used the product. We take our returns quite seriously, and if your order is found to be ineligible, we'll send it right back.

Plus, if you've made an online payment. we'll refund the amount right back to you within 7 business days of your request. But, if you've opted for COD, we'll refund the amount to your bank account within 14 business days after your request.
